Ryan founded LMF to create a reason for people to make films. Ryan's commitment, love and passion for the art is something he wants to help share amongst those who maintain the same philosophy and want to find a way into the industry. For Ryan, his only goal is to have people who want the opportunities, to get the opportunities. Making films should be for everyone, and Ryan wants to help use his own aspirations and inspirations to encourage others to follow.

Joe is the directing manager, in charge of company relations and project oversight. He has produced multiple award winning short films that have gone on to successfully showcase northern talent. His passion is for community led filmmaking.

Madi is in charge of all social media marketing at LMF Pictures! She first took an active interest in film when She was 14, and since then she could never get enough. Madi loves being a part of any aspect of making films, and it is her pleasure to work amongst some of the most talented and creative people in the space!

Dean is responsible for ensuring that the goals set by LMF Pictures are achieved in an effective manner. He ensures that the team has the resources, time and budget that is required for their projects and mitigates potential risks affecting each projects life-cycle.

Hailey currently studies Film at the University of Chester and her interest started during the covid-19 lockdown(s) when she was 18. She is interested in learning and new skills and helping in any way she can. She still has a lot to learn about films and how they're made and she can't wait to be a part of this increadible team!
